He’s a Pirate

This past week we had our annual Spring Concert, which consists of the different grades performing songs and musical pieces independently and along with other classes – as well as some whole-school singing.

My grade 2s sang two songs: Unshakeable with the whole school and a polish song called Stokrotka about a daisy in the woods with grades 1-5. They also played the recorder in the Spring Medley with grades 1-5.

But one of the best moments was when the upper year students performed the music for Pirates of the Carribean on various instruments. It’s one of those tunes that sound great but easily gets stuck in your head for the next three days …
